These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Gadget & Power services, including account access, orders, support, and the GP Points Program.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or using any Gadget & Power service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account details and securing your login credentials.
Gadget & Power may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
3. GP Points Program Policy
GP Points are loyalty points issued at Gadget & Power's sole discretion. Program rules, eligibility, and redemption conditions may be updated at any time.
- 1. Point value: 1 GP Point = 1 BDT when redeemed on eligible products.
- 2. Points are earned only on products where GP earning is enabled.
- 3. Earned points are credited after an order is marked DELIVERED.
- 4. Points can be redeemed only on products where GP redemption is enabled.
- 5. Per-product redemption caps may apply and cannot exceed payable subtotal.
- 6. Points may be adjusted, reversed, suspended, or revoked for misuse, fraud, cancellation, refund, or policy enforcement.
- 7. GP Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable as cash.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Product pricing, discounts, inventory status, and delivery estimates are subject to operational changes.
Orders may be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled if verification, stock, pricing, fraud, or compliance issues are identified.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not exploit promotions, manipulate GP Points balances, submit false data, abuse support channels, or interfere with platform operations.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.
6. Enforcement and Updates
Gadget & Power reserves the right to enforce these Terms at its sole discretion.
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
